Technical ownership of the Crumbl iOS app (10M MAU / 1M DAU; frequently #1 or top 20 Food & Drink) and in-store iPad point-of-sale, representing $500M revenue. Implemented shared branding and architecture; reduced crashes to 0.1%; A/B tested new features; improved release processes; a11y and i18n.

Developed the Period of Purple Crying iOS app for the National Center on Shaken Baby Syndrome (1.6K MAU). Architected Cloudflare infrastructure (GraphQL, D1, R2); migrated from AWS, cutting server costs from ~$1000/month to ~$3. Built admin interface for user and content management with AI translation.

Communicated vision and technical strategy to engineers and stakeholders. Built a culture of iteration and trust while owning product quality. Accelerated releases from 3–6 months to multiple weekly continuous deployments. Established standards and workflows; led by example.

Responsible for the Wander Maps iOS app. Embraced Human Interface Guidelines and inclusive design for diverse cultures and accessibility. Defined patterns and standards, mentored teammates, documented processes, and automated testing workflows.

Led technical strategy and partnered with product to develop Podium iOS and Android apps. Owned production performance and quality. Reduced crash rates from >10% to <0.1% on iOS and 0.5% on Android.

Developing and maintaining the Baby Steps app for iOS and iPadOS. Supports widgets, localizations, push notifications, App Clips, and universal links. Established relationships with medical illustrators to create content for the app.
